市售鬆餅粉(日正)
165g(半包)
雞蛋
1顆
板豆腐
200g ( 半塊 )
白胡椒粉
1大匙
沙拉油(油炸用)
250CC
做法
1.將大頭甜蝦仁退冰後,備用。
2.將鬆餅粉、雞蛋、豆腐、白胡椒粉全部混合,均勻攪拌。

3.取用兩隻湯匙,先取一點鬆餅糊,中間按壓一尾甜蝦,接著兩支湯匙,上下的麵糊粿上看不到蝦仁。

4.油鍋使用小火,把麵糊放入,把整個鬆餅糊炸得上色金黃即可
