作法:
1.瓠瓜皮放入鹽巴,靜置一下,等待稍微出水,倒入冷開水沖掉鹽份瀝乾。

*稍微把鹽巴拌一下,靜置五~十分鐘。

2.接著放入紅綠辣椒、蒜泥、糖、檸檬汁一起拌勻。

3.試試口味,適度增減調味的檸檬、糖。
4.口味沒有問題後放入些許櫻花蝦乾完成。
